The hotel is very clean. The staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the pool area with the gorgeous views.The balcony had an amazing view to the ocean. Has a private beach just in front of the hotel? Which was so beautiful and helpful, not far from the hotel. There's a lot of sports activities. Water activities like jet ski para sailing and banana boat. The hotel it's centrally located and they're very fair. It's a great area with restaurants and a lot of stores around. It's very easy to move around, exchange money and right? They buy food or go to any restaurant around. It was amazing. I had such a great day. I'm gonna come back here again.

location is excellent. probably the best in Acapulco. beautiful views from the balcony. CO Bigelow toiletries are a nice touch. the suite is large enough for 4 people. well appointed full kitchen. super fast valet service.
